Returns & Exchanges


Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure the items that we made meets your requirement. Try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If you're not satisfied with your purchase on HisandHerFashion.com, please email. We’ll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, along with return claim number and the amount you will be refunded.

 

Return or exchange within 7 days from the delivered date.

 

  1. You have 7 days to decide if the items are right for you after you received them.
  2. You can return or exchange *many unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged items in original package including your order No. 
  3. Return shipping fee and applicable taxes are paid by buyer. 
  4. Please send us the package with your Return Claim Slip. 
  5. Please contact our After Sale Service at support@hisandherfashion.com with your reason for exchange or return. No returns or exchange will be accepted without return claim number. 
  6. Send your returning parcel tracking number. After we received your returning parcel and inspection is complete with satisfaction, we will refund your money to your account within 2-7 working days
  7. *Please Note that for hygienic reasons, Non-Returnable/non-exchangeable items: Sexy Lingerie, All Swimwear, Intimates, Jewelry, Beauties, Custom made dress, Personalized and Customized items are final sale and not eligible for returns. 

Shipping Charges is non-refundable as its third party expense. 

Please note that H&H Fashion will not be able to refund any additional charges that your bank might apply.
